The WW Enterprise Networking Sales team is a high-performing, experienced sales team focused on of the latest Networking technologies. Our goal is to have a broad impact on the Cisco sales organization to accelerate sales of our solutions while enabling customers and partners to be successful. The team influences innovation, technology and enablement to assist Cisco as it continues to evolve as a market leader, preserve top-line margins and offer unique customer solutions with differentiated advantages over the competition.

You will be part of a team that drives all GoTo Market activities around new Access (Switching & Wireless) innovations, such as Network Intuitive, Catalyst 9000, Software Defined Access, Assurance, Enterprise Networking Security, Innovations in Wireless and much more. Your team influences innovation within the R&D, partners closely with channels, marketing, software and other groups to accelerate the adoption of new Access innovations in the marketplace.

What You'll Do

As Cisco evolves into a software-centric company, our organization is adopting new approaches and methodologies. We are focused on solving customer security and compliance needs by ensuring that security is everywhere and part of the enterprise networking infrastructure fabric.

The WW Enterprise Networking Sales Team is investing in a centralized incubation team focused on accelerating the Digital Network Architecture Center platform. The DNAC PSS is responsible for building and driving this strategy. .

Establish and implement aligned GTM approaches, selling & deal management processes (e.g. systems and tools), field enablement, initial customer/partner engagement, change management, budget requirements etc. You will be responsible for developing sales overall plan of record and leading the project team through execution.

You are a bold self-starter with ability to build executive relationships, articulate Cisco product and business strategies, create the demand and close deals.

  • Accelerate revenue in identified top accounts and partners globally.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer and partner contacts, including the executive level
  • Partner with the WW EN Sales SDA PSS organization to capture logos in strategic accounts
  • Partner with the WW EN Sales Organization to align Global Campaigns to Theatre activities
  • Inter-lock with the Global Sales Organization to develop strong working relationships with Regional Managers, Account Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment of sales strategies for DNAC
  • Build strong relationships with EN focused sellers around the globe, and partner with them to drive the acceleration of DNAC
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GEO's, BU and Marketing functions.
  • Develop and execute a global enablement strategy for the Sales organizations that includes strategic differentiation for Software and Hardware and evolution of the appropriate Demo capabilities.
  • Drive strategic, customer-facing engagements that require creative and complex solutions.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of Professional Selling, Software & Hardware Solutions with a strong emphasis on Security
  • Proven Cisco expertise in technical domains with documented success such as Chairmans Club, Sales Champion, Published credits, etc.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple organizations and GEO/Field sales personnel.
  • Executive relationship building, listening, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Structured problem solving skillset to take complex problems and break them down into components
  • Creative, smart thinker scale steep learning curves quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
  • Effective change management skills
  • Passionate about Cisco and our opportunity, and driven to succeed; whatever it takes attitude
  • Leadership experience strongly urged.
