Auto req ID: 240391BR Job Description Duties: Define long term strategy on digital agriculture, align with other business units and geographical regions on digital agriculture, and evaluate digital agriculture technology solutions on the market or through internal development. Gather requirements and define scope of digital agriculture technology solutions for internal business partners, build project proposals and deploy new capabilities. Review digital agriculture project plans to ensure they are on time, within budget, and adhere to scope. Manage and coordinate resources to deliver work product. Apply best practice methods to collect, analyze, and visualize data for the business needs on digital agriculture. Control budget and expenditures for projects under oversight and ensure preparation of annual operating plan for continued run and growth of associated business plans. Prepare and review prepared reports on project health for projects under oversight. Perform quality review prior to releasing any new digital product to business teams. Seek out and evaluate new technologies and start-ups on digital agriculture to support improving business activities at PepsiCo. Evaluate new technologies in digital agriculture to benefit PepsiCo field operations, and work closely with business stakeholders to prepare business cases. Manage digital products that have been implemented, work with key stakeholders to manage and communicate necessary upgrades, support needs and updates. Manage cross - function business relationships and develop working methods to expedite IT process to support the needs of the business on digital agriculture. Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: working with global crop science, including partnering with agronomists and farming operations; leading or managing crop science projects, including preparing business cases, defining the scope of agronomic and research, tracking project costs, and coordinating external contracts; and supervising and overseeing junior team members. Must have two (2) years of experience with: defining project scope and leading the implementation of cross-functional global enterprise level projects; evaluating existing and developing new agricultural technology products and strategies for data analysis or application in farming operations; presenting business proposals to internal stakeholders; identifying start-up or early stage joint-venture, acquisition or equity stake opportunities; and evaluating emerging technology partnerships with start-up companies for pilot and scale implementation opportunities.
