Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.

Responsibilities

For the ITCC II contract, supporting USSTRATCOM, participate in a collaborative Scrum based Agile multi-discipline team working closely with the government. Work towards tasks to move forward with Release and Sprint Backlog items (epics and user stories) identified as priorities and towards acceptance criteria. Participate in Sprint planning and routine sprint reporting cadence.
Essential Job Functions
Candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
Work side by side with the Government, Governments IT vendor, other contractors, and the software developers.
Enable the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines.
Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and test cases
Work directly with Agile teams to determine velocity, prioritize tasks, implement requirements, and automate.
Work tasks related to Product Backlog and assist the Product Owner to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Perform lessons learned and/or root-cause analysis for DevSecOps issues recommend SW improvements.
Candidate hired for this position must be a US Citizen with an active top secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI or must be capable of maintaining/obtaining a TS/SCI clearance
Experience/Educational Requirements:
Experience should include using iterative development, test driven development, automated testing, automated installation and deployment, managing infrastructure as code, and troubleshooting techniques.
5+ years of experience working projects using Agile development processes and DevSecOps, including CI/CD and associated automation techniques.
BS degree in a technical discipline with recent experience in system and software integration, requirements analysis and definition, automated software deployment, infrastructure as code, testing, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience working with tools and technologies to include software development, configuration control, testing, security, automation, containers, orchestration, cloud services, and open source technologies to support various steps of the DevSecOps lifecycle:
o Plan and Develop: GitHub, GitLab, Jira
o Build: Maven, MSBuild, Gradle, Packer
o Test: Junit, Cucumber, Jenkins, Inspec
o Secure: Fortify, Twistlock, Nessus
o Store artifacts: Nexus, Maven

Container hardening techniques
Experience in private & hybrid cloud/on-prem security & compute architecture implementations.
