Responsibilities

The Deputy Program manager will be responsible for the technical execution of a large GEIONT Support contract providing GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of advanced, full spectrum, and special access program GEOINT and related disciples. The deputy PM will synchronize contractor efforts across multiple locations supporting the Armys Military Intelligence Brigades and subordinate units. Activities may include: Assisting in the technical leadership and direction to the staff to include direct and supervise all support resources as needed; develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for the effort; ensure adherence to quality standards, and review project deliverables. The Deputy PM may serve as the primary technical and management interface with government representatives providing management, technical, cost or schedule information and other advice and assistance as required. Finally, the Deputy PM will supervise, manage, support and evaluate personnel.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Clearance: TS/SCI
  • MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services
  • OR BS/BA degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services
  • Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)
  • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
  • Excellent communication skillsin order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
  • Excellent analytical skills

Desired:

  • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations
  • Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks
  • Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
