* The Digital Product Management (DPM) capability is in the business of:
* Designing, building and maintaining digital products
* Aligning those digital products to the strategies and outcomes defined by the Business Segment Leaders and Future Channel Leaders
* And delivering them to the system of customers that we serve
* To enable deep adoption, excellent user experiences, optimize investment and the firm's digital transformation

* The Product Operations department focuses on operationalizing cross portfolio alignment, measures, reporting and intake across Product Portfolios to enable value delivery in alignment with the DPM purpose (above). We build out processes, improve consistencies across digital products, improve communication to stakeholders, and provide data analytical insights.

* Bachelor's degree required
* MBA or graduate degree preferred
* Must obtain appropriate licenses as required (Series 7 and 66) within 18 months of hire.
* Project management certification (PMP) or Agile Certification a plus.
* Experience in planning for execution in Agile and Agile Transformations preferred.
* 10 or more years of related business experience with increasingly responsible positions. Experience must include leading teams, leading other leaders, planning, setting strategy and direction, and leading "enterprise-wide" efforts. 3 years of leadership experience including significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others.
* 5+ years of project or product management experience
* Strong systems thinking and integration management analytical skills
* Experience leading project cost / benefit reviews
* Experience mentoring project leaders at all levels
* Must have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
* Must have demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus, and foster collaboration throughout the decision making process, between stakeholders across the firm.
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong ability to influence directly and indirectly across the firm.
* Ability to multi-task; able to effectively handle multiple priorities/ responsibilities.
* Able to effectively lead and thrive in ambiguity in a constant state of fast-pace changes.
* Demonstrated experience in managing ""upward"" among senior leadership.

*Problem Solving:*
* Effectively analyze and resolve complex problems while working with teams. Ability to identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and/or resolve issues that impact large, complex bodies of work and that require facilitation with multiple areas.
* Ability to look at business objectives and provide solutions to problems that are right for the business.
* Most problems are complex and non-routine. Must be able to identify and propose solutions in gray areas where little or no guidance is available.
* Identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and resolve critical issues that can impact the department.
* Develop and interpret metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of the department.

*Decision Making:*
* Makes complex decisions and/or recommendations with consideration for risks and long-term impacts. Some decisions may be in gray areas where little or no guidance is available. Responsible for the oversight of the department's decisions.
* Ensures the alignment of decisions with division objectives and firm strategies. Explores multiple alternatives and collaborates with senior leaders to arrive at appropriate decisions.
* Degree of decision-making risk is high, as decisions can impact the performance of the portfolio and/or department.

*Span of Influence:*
* Participates in the strategic planning processes. Looks at portfolio/program/project impacts across the firm.
* Position has influence over portfolios/programs/projects that impact the entire firm.
* Responsible for the health of multiple digital products.
* Processes or systems developed may be used for several years, so impacts of performance and decisions could be significant and possibly long-term. Value delivery may pose significant risk or provide significant benefit to the firm.
* Leadership responsibilities include direction and coaching of associates both directly and indirectly responsible for.
* Affects and interacts with all levels of the firm. They are in frequent contact with partners, leaders and associates in other departments and divisions. This role will have a significant amount of interaction with senior leadership.
