This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm CST). Our office is located at 600 12th St., Golden, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Provide a welcoming first face to the company by meeting and greeting all customers and clients
  • ""
  • Answer telephone and transfer to appropriate person/department
  • ""
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and company information
  • ""
  • Maintain security protocol visitor badges, temp badges, sign in sheets, according to company policy
  • ""
  • Accept delivery, sort and enter mail and pa kages that were signed for into spreadsheet and notify the department to come by and pick up
  • ""
  • Stock men and wones bathroom extras as needed but at least once a day ex. Mits and room deororidzer
  • ""
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
  • ""
  • Schedule Meetings for Leadership and staff in Microsoft Outlook
  • ""
  • Work in database to update records as needed
  • ""
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls and receiving visitors to the building.
  • ""
  • Responsible for mail on a daily basis including couriers as requested.
  • ""
  • Coordinate all issues related to the facility, including but not limited to, office moves, vendor relationships and day-to-day site concerns.
  • ""
  • Primary liaison with facility vendors, including building management. Work with managers to ensure all facility needs are addressed proactively; recommend/implement facility improvements.
  • ""
  • Ensure the maintenance of all office equipment and make recommendations for additions/improvements as appropriate. Maintain and coordinate timely repair and purchase of all fax machines and copy machines.
  • ""
  • Oversee and coordinate all supply functions including comparing vendors, ordering supplies and developing supply procedures.
  • ""
  • Coordinate and oversee the telephone system, including the voicemail system, new employee requests, telephone hardware and system maintenance as the Business Site Liaison.

  • Oversee the security system, including employee access and alarm system maintenance. Administration of access entry system, swipe cards, security codes for the building and office map layout. Liaise with security companies for emergency situations. Control and release of keys for office and building.

  • Coordinate all site activities related to site leadership initiatives (schedule events/town halls, set up Webexes), participates as site leadership representative.
  • ""
  • Coordination of special projects (i.e. binder building room, audiovisual equipment, conference phones etc.)
  • ""
  • Manage the logistics of handling external client and senior management meetings including room bookings, equipment resources, lunches, meeting invitations as requested.
  • ""
  • Coordinate and the setup of new employees workstations (order nameplates, set up offices, furniture ordering, telephone etc.).
  • ""
  • Coordinate exit process with terminated employees including reclaiming keys, equipment, security card, telephone etc.
  • ""
  • Yearly flu clinic and/or biometrics screening event.
  • ""
  • Responsible for setting up computers and projector for meetings.
  • ""
  • Positions in this function are responsible for assisting MCA Group with tasks as time permits
  • ""
  • Updates process as necessary to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 1+ years of front desk experience
  • ""
  • Intermediate computer skills and with Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry and data sorting), Microsoft Outlook (calendar and email), and Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents)
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
