You will be part of the CX Demand Generation & Revenue organization, responsible for increasing services revenue and attach rates by proactively running targeting campaigns, sales programs, and interfacing with our Sales teams. You will specifically join the CX Demand Gen Campaigns team, tasked with driving account-based targeting initiatives for CX services. What You'll Do 

 

TheDemand Gen Lead will play a critical role in driving our main Demand Generation initiatives. They will focus on managing our account-based targeting lists and data, our pipeline, and reviews to our Executives and stakeholders. 

 

This role requires a strong passion fordata, scalability, program management, sales, customers of course,and contributing to the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop a replicable, highly scalable and global framework for Targeting lists and data management 

  • Collaborate withCX GTM, Product Management,Analytics teams todefine goals, KPIs, and to pinpoint targeted audiences, TAM, anddevelop targeting criteria; drive cross-group alignment 

  • Set up and manage targeting campaigns aimed to drive extra business and revenue for our services 

  • Collaborate with our Analytics team on all data pulls and refreshes, data governance and hygiene processes; establish a monthly cadence 

  • Establish a methodology to manage our pipeline and all required follow-ups 

  • Drive alignment with our stakeholders and partners 

  • Drive interlock with CX Marketing & Digital Journeys by feeding targeting lists into their ABM & paid media campaigns 

  • Build tracking and reporting mechanisms and dashboardswith platforms teams 

  • Lead Executive and stakeholders reviews 

 

Complexity & Impact 

  • The role willbe at the center of a complex organization and will be working with many different stakeholders 

  • Creating relationships and proposing win-win solutions will be critical 

  • This is afast pacedenvironment supportingrevenue-generating initiatives and contributing to the bottom line 

Background 

  • Prior roles in afast pacedenvironment leading Sales and Marketing programs 

  • 10+ years in Technology 

  • Expert at Project Management and ability to solve complex operational challenges 

  • Expert at using data and analytics as insights and decision-making tool for campaigns and programs 

  • Strong leadership skills and Executive gravitas required 

  • Agile, flexible, poised to navigate ambiguity

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a replicable, highly scalable and global framework 

  • Collaborate with CX portfolio go-to-market, product marketing, product management and analytics teams to refine and segment target audiences 

  • Integrate with marketing teams, guiding strategy for their inbound and outbound multi-channel efforts and being fully plugged into their events and digital initiatives 

  • Integrate with existing sales-driven programs (i.e. Compass, Account-Based Workshops) to provide sales acceleration and bootstrap sales engagements 

  • Drive the customers journey from point of entry in the funnel down to closing of business 

  • Create programs to offer these customers the right level of follow-up and accelerate their journey down the funnel 

  • Build tracking and reporting mechanisms and dashboards, guide the end-to-end campaign process to be fully trackable across platforms 

  • Gain thorough understanding of our CRM platforms and processes
