What You'll Do

In this key client facing role, you will transform our customer engagements by advising and collaborating on all segment of our portfolio. You will ensure excellent service delivery and growth through your ability to develop positive relationships across our clients organization.

Cisco's Global Service Provider Customer Experience group is seeking a consultative and expert Services Delivery Leader to encourage a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve delivery excellence and profitable revenue growth in CX

You will develop an internal delivery staff, providing direction and support on client deliverables, quality assurance, and coaching/mentoring on services solutions and client interaction. You will be required to travel to support client delivery engagements and client value creation activities.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • You will lead a successful customer delivery operation, ensuring quality and realization of customer outcomes.
  • A large portion of your responsibilities will entail understanding delivery risks, issues, critical issues and fine-tune project and program execution.
  • You will also align and measure customer experience delivery resources to enable customer business priorities.
  • You execute upon customer contract to achieve customer objectives
  • You are capable of driving workload utilization of delivery resources through appropriate skill set mapping and customer alignment.
  • You own demand and capacity management to ensure quality in our customer delivery
  • Finding new opportunities for portfolio delivery expansion and efficiency.
  • Promote and drive global delivery through global centers
  • Enable for Professional Services revenue growth, new deal development

You will work with our outstanding executives in our Service Provider Operation Segment, and partner with Ciscos brightest talent in Customer Experience, sales, operations and engineering working on the state-of-the-art solutions Cisco is taking to market for customers who are redefining their businesses.

Who You Are

You should have a background as an outstanding Services General Manager with 5-10 years delivery experience. You have experience in Telecom Industry roles developing strategic opportunities; supplying to the vertical practice and interacting with similar colleagues in other theaters through engagement participation and sharing of and knowledge.

You are a self-starter who is driven to ensure customers are embracing and receiving the best value for the Services they have purchased and when you see challenges, you naturally find opportunities to help a customer improve and grow their business through new services solutions. You like to stretch your capabilities and positively disrupt the environment you are in. You have a keen ability to communicate the strategic value Cisco Services brings to our customers, and are able to share the message across all customer levels and within our sales organization. Building a bridge between our customer requirements and services opportunities is your natural communication style.

  • Relationship Management. You are highly passionate about building and balancing key customer and Cisco relationships to help drive greater customer intimacy and business alignment.
  • Business and Financial Acumen. Your success depends on your knowledge, insight and understanding of business concepts, tools and processes for making sound decisions. Strong P&L Management
  • Operational Excellence. You drive Operational Perfection in service delivery execution and management of account level profitability through your ability to run numerous projects and senior partners concurrently. Additionally, you have experience deploying consulting methodology and project management.
  • Innovation. You continuously keep innovative thought processes and ideas in the forefront of service delivery execution and service solutions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS or equivalent. MBA preferred
  • +10 years related services delivery experience.
  • Prior experience with sales or business development
  • Customer facing experience
