Who You Are

Technical Skills/Knowledge required:

Minimum Requirements

  • Good with visualization tools, e.g. Tableau or PowerBi or ThoughtSpot
  • Good in SQL Query, Toad, or Snowflake
  • Proficient in data analysis, data exploration, data wrangling, and data validation
  • Experience with data warehousing and data integration tools
  • Understanding in wrapping ML models into APIs and deploying them on the cloud; Google Cloud Platform experience
  • Ability to write robust, clean, and efficient code in Python, R
  • Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
  • Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Ability to define and construct a full pipeline for ML/AI solutions: idea generation, use case definition/feasibility/proof of concept, dataset creation/processing/cleaning, feature engineering, model building/enhancement/selection/tuning, production deployment

What Youll Do

We are driving Data & Analytics strategy to advance our ability to predict business outcomes and optimize performance. We are looking for someone that has a passion for BI/AI and possesses analytical skillsets that can be utilized to solve business problems across Ciscos product lifecycle.

You will and work closely with business partners to implement end to end data & analytics solutions. You will be responsible to define & implement metrics to quantify business impact and find opportunities for predictive & prescriptive modeling to enable users to make dedicated data driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Design, build, evaluate, and operationalize models using the latest in AI/ML techniques to build meaningful solutions
Be the analytical problem-solver and the catalyst that will help business teams make better decisions using data and analytics

Bring an inter-disciplinary skillset of AI/ML/Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics.

Develop data products/services across descriptive, inquisitive, and predictive analytics to improve business processes and drive tangible business outcomes

Lead complex analytics programs, working with multi-functional teams
