PepsiCo Data Product Management Overview: The Product Management team is tasked with articulating the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PEPs next-generation global Digital and Data product infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full S&T agenda, including all Digital and Data product road mapped initiatives, which manifest as application components of Data/Digital platforms that enable all business functions at a Global scale. Associate Data Product Manager Role Overview: The Associate Global Data Products Manager will be the primary owner of the day-to-day workflow process between the Global Data Products Group and the cross-functional cDNA leadership team (Demand Accelerator/Business Engagement, Data Science, Data Engineering). As an integral part of our data product development function, this role will be focused on developing product roadmaps, maintaining the JIRA tasks and backlog, and drafting product requirements for PepsiCos global consumer data product expansion. Given the complexities of developing global data products and the competing priorities placed on it by the business, this role will require a high degree of adroitness navigating and assessing markets of all sizes and crafting solutions that are scalable all while keeping the projects on track. As an Associate Global Data Products Manager, you will contribute to developing the strategy for PepsiCos global consumer data products, liaising with our internal stakeholders to gather product requirements, codify use cases, and track progress towards the roadmap. You will be the expert on PepsiCos global consumer data products and be intimate with the logistics of building the solutions. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in data products, project management, and product management to execute this role successfully. Key Accountabilities: Product Design and Development: Support designing and executing a global consumer data product suite for PepsiCo and the Data + Analytics team Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to ensure proper resourcing, timelines, and positioning of our data offerings in the workplace (e.g. cross-functional collaboration) Function as a data subject matter expert of our current/planned Data Products Intimately collaborate with technical teams to inform product strategy, design, and roadmap Think strategically and act on ideas effectivelyProject Management: Manage the development and delivery timelines vis a vis ongoing progress towards the roadmap using tools like JIRA and Confluence Manage roadblocks and timelines with key business and technical stakeholders Support meetings with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather product requirements and business use cases Build holistic compelling business cases Effectively present developed cases and ideas to the leadership team, including EPEC on a case-by-case basisAccountable for Success of Data Products & Growth: Own ongoing relationships with technical and business teams Manage data product life cycle from ideation, planning, execution, and maintenance Iterate on products, leveraging learnings from past initiatives and prior experience Manage product escalations, from reporting to resolution Actively and effectively manage allocated resources (external/internal resources, technology, infrastructure, data assets) against timing and requirement constraints towards optimal delivery Drive ongoing connection between development efforts and Value Realized from products delivered Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 7 years data product experience, ideally working with identity, location, and/or purchase-related data Minimum 7 years experience working with project management technologies Minimum 5 years experience in AdTech/MarTech experience, or related Minimum 5 years team leadership experience Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
