Auto req ID: 236455BR Job Description The Data Metrics & KPIs, Supply Chain/Shared Services - Senior Analyst will be part of the team creating a robust framework in which to measure and quantify /measure economic benefits from the data projects led or supported by the Global Data Function. This person will work on frameworks/methodologies for KPIs on the supply chain and shared service data-related projects, initiatives, and products in alignment with our global business partners. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic tools/practices to drive organization effectiveness for shared services and supply chain space. This role has the objectives to create value frameworks, data quality metrics & business impact, data product KPIs as well as support in business case development and measurement of business impact during/after implementations. Aside from providing the KPI frameworks/templates/methodologies, this role will leverage Global Business Resources to support in building out respective dashboards/reporting mechanisms, while ensuring as much automation as possible. Key Accountabilities Work within the team developing strategic frameworks, methodologies, and templates to guide improved decision making in the design, development deployment of the Global Data Functions portfolio of offerings to the business with a specific focus on KPIs With direction, partner with Data Products to create & implement Data Product health KPIs/metrics Coordinate cross-section data strategy discussions and aide development data strategy Assist in establishing sound frameworks such as Decision Frameworks, Operating Model Effectiveness Frameworks, Value Frameworks, Business Case Templates for complex and sophisticated data projects Build on offering strategic advisory to building out the Global Data Functions Portfolio Process, which helps continuously manage focus and priorities and fact-based justification Help to establish/guide workflow automation and automation in reporting Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams Experience with Data Management and respective principles (e.g. Master Data/Functional/Transactional Data, Data Governance) Experience connecting data quality to business performance measurements Experience in strategic data segmentation and prioritization Experience in a CPG, ideally with some Supply Chain or Shared Services experienceSkills, Abilities, Knowledge Ability to help quantifying the Global Data Function value proposition Ability to calculate and articulate to the customers of the Global Data Function how best to utilize metrics and KPIs Skill in business case development Skills in building investment cases and quantifying the build/run/scale costs & benefits Helping to design and implement disciplined decision-making frameworks/templates for a Data Function/equivalent Ability to act on facts and guide sound, holistic decisions Ability to guide others to think holistically with frameworks and standardized templates Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
