Auto req ID: 236456BR Job Description The Data Financial Modelling & Reporting - Senior Analyst within Data Monetization, Metrics, and Modelling will assist on D+A strategic priorities and special projects while working on reporting on ROI, and Data assets under management. This person will assist in tracking and reporting on the ROI of inflight or completed projects, help deliver ad hoc requests and run point on evaluating the integrity of models in use on a periodic basis. This person will coordinate under the guidance of a frequent review to monitor ROI models and KPIs that have been actioned and will work on the reporting narrative to convey the value our Data endeavors are deriving. This person should be able to work in a space where big picture thinking is critical, happily takes ownership, and can approach vague problems and projects with both a pragmatic and strategic mindset. Key Accountabilities: Be a part of the journey to establish a reporting and supervisory review framework to guide improved decision making, provide transparency in the value proposition of Data and encourage best practices for the design, development deployment of the Global Data Functions portfolio of offerings to the business (e.g. project or test & learn prioritization, ROI visibility) Work with a team of Global Business Services (GBS) resources to populate/implement the tools and/or needed dashboards (e.g. Enterprise Data Governance Tool) Assist in creating a suite of reporting to articulate the D+A value proposition, and aide in improving relevant processes, and tracking/analyzing the competitive positions to ensure the Global Data Function is cost-competitive and relevant. Coordinate cross-section data strategy discussions, develop data strategy roadmaps Work on validating frameworks such as Decision Frameworks, Operating Model Effectiveness Frameworks, Value Frameworks, Business Case Templates Help run point on special projects and offer strategic advisory to building out the Global Data Functions Portfolio Process, which helps continuously manage focus and priorities and fact-based justification Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus Ability to work to tight timelines and manage changing priorities Experience with Data Management and respective principles (e.g. Master Data/Functional/Transactional Data, Data Governance) Experience connecting data quality to business performance measurements Experience in strategic data segmentation and prioritization CPG goods industry or Consultancy experienceSkills, Abilities, Knowledge Ability to work on solving for ambiguous ad hoc projects Ability to operate with an audit lense and help provide a supervisory review when validating models and frameworks to certify the customers of the Global Data Function what they are getting for what they are paying Skill in business case development Skills in building investment cases and quantifying the build/run/scale costs & benefits Designing and implementing disciplined decision-making frameworks/templates for a Data Function/equivalent Helping to develop/guide teams to develop workflows and reporting dashboards with PowerBI, Tableau, etc. Ability to act on facts and guide sound, holistic decisions Ability to guide others to think holistically with frameworks and standardized templates Skills in establishing/guiding workflow automation and automation in reporting Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
