Job Description
This position leads delivery of technical data conversion design and development for the FLNA Global Template project for the OTC, TPM workstreams and is ultimately responsible for the technical design, development and deployment of conversion to support business requirements. This role will engage with the Data Design leads and analysts to support the development team with design and development. The role wil engage the central data readiness and conversion team to ensure adherence to standards and deployment sequencing and support are provided.
The FLNA PGT Data Conversion Development lead OTC, TPM will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects. The role requires close collaboration with number of teams, both external and internal and co-ordinating the work under the project framework and constraints.
- Support for planning conversion development and deployment tasks for OTC and TPM workstreams. Accountable for providing input into process of project planning.
- Technical Design Delivery for Data Conversion Objects. Accountable for design decision and on-time delivery within project timelines.
- Build and Unit Test Delivery for Data Conversion Objects. Accountable for development and on-time delivery within project timelines.
- Project Test Support. Accountable for providing consultation and assistance when necessary during testing.
- Lead offshore conversion development team of contractors supporting the OTC and TPM value streams Accountable for collaborating with and providing guidance to offshore team.
- Support for Deployment. Accountable for supporting project deployments.
- Onboarding and KT for project resources onshore and offshore who will be supporting data conversion development. Accountable.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree is required.
- 7+ Years experience using SQL
- 3+ Years experience using SAP Data Services for ETL
- 3+ Years experience in end-to-end conversions including, source acquisition, profiling, filtering, validation, reporting
- 2+ Years experience working with SAP. This should include Master Data such as CM, MM and VM
- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively break down barriers and clearly communicate to management and leadership across multiple geographies
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed against in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge and experience in the Agile Methodology and related tools (such as MS VSTS) desired
