Level2 has an exciting career opportunity for a strategic thinker and strong leader that will champion data governance and business activities to support accurate, congruent and reliable data across our integrated systems.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining and governing the data and integration needs across the business.

The Data and Integrations Analyst will be critical in bringing together the needs of the Business and the delivery capability of the Data Operations teams.

• Create and maintain data integration, acquisition and mitigation patterns, reference implementations and guidelines to enable efficient, consistent and modern solution implementation

• Partner with business and technical resources to define data needs and dependencies
""
• Create and manage a process to quickly and accurately assess the impact of data changes and issues across the system

• Guide shared services data teams by creating well planned requests for data needs and collaborating on solutioning, testing and monitoring
""
• Establish and maintain a library of data and integration details that can be used as a source of truth by technical and business teams
""
• Creating functional diagrams representative of the data flows necessary for our program delivery
""
• Partner with data and integration delivery teams to ensure high quality, reliable and automated solutions

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
""
• 3+ years of Data Integration Tools and Technologies
""
• 3+ Business-side experience with IT partners, or IT-side experience with Business partners
""
• 3+ Business analysis experience
""
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques
""
• You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role.

• If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
