*Description*


Position is responsible for managing the forecasting, processing and tracking of credit memos, rebates & volume rebates negotiated by Sourcing organization. This is a complex process that works with departments across divisions (CAI, CCI, & CEI) to ensure accurate management of the credit memos and rebates in accordance with each divisions unique submission processes. Responsible for accurately tracking and reporting on the One Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing performance metrics. Utilizes strong analytical skills and critical thinking to ensure that processes are followed, issues are addressed, and gaps are identified for resolution.





*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:*


Manage and track Cross Divisional (CAI, CCI & CEI) Negotiated Savings Credit Memo and Rebate activity including:




*
Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to document expected Savings for one-time credit memos/ Rebates (CMRB) and Annual Volume Rebates



*
Review all documentation to verify accuracy of data; work with contributors to correct documents when required.



*
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources as needed to validate information



*
Calculate expected annual Volume rebates



*
Create forecast of all CMRB & Volume Rebates for inclusion in LRP/forecasting cycle, track actuals and status in Procure This database



*
Collaborate with divisional Corporate Finance/Accounting, A/P & A/R to manage accurate processing to GL location & conduct Month End Reconciliation of expected Actuals vs Forecast



*
Create & distribute monthly reporting, tracking progress against team performance and divisional performance objectives.







Qualifications: *Minimum:*




*
5 or more years of experience required in Supply Chain and/or Business Operations



*
3 or more years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree



*
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint



*
Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information



*
Must possess an internal client service orientation and work collaboratively



*
Track record of effectively partnering across different teams in organizations



*
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, analytical and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization








*Preferred: *




*
BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.)



*
Experience in telecommunications industry or other subscription-based business desired



*
Proven analytical skills, project management, root cause analysis, process improvement and process management skills.



*
Proficient in using Oracle Financials/BI



*
Proficient in using Service Now/Procure This
