Auto req ID: 238754BR Job Description This is a strategic and dynamic role that is positioned to drive effectiveness creating value through centralized data acquisition, governance and collaboration across Commercial, Procurement, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Vendors and more (navigating account team through to contract and incorporation planning). The Senior Analyst of Data Acquisition and Optimization Commercial will be a key player on the emerging Data Acquisition Center. The Data Acquisition Center will develop and leverage/manage strategic data partnerships, data acquisition governance/storage solutions, data asset optimization, data acquisition efficiencies and innovative solutions to drive business value, speed, and business impact. Moreover, this person will support building capabilities and best practices in data acquisition and data partner management and will support best practices across the enterprise. This role will manage a subset of Commercial data partnerships focused on Ad Tech & Media, internal customers and the Enterprise Master Data Management Team and Enterprise Data Governance Team. Key Accountabilities Help support building a Global Data Acquisition Center Manage an assigned group of existing data partnerships Assist with the onboarding of new data partnershipsSupport building the Global Data Acquisition Strategy & Governance Determine if existing data partnerships meet the needs of the Commercial organization Proactively research and understand the global landscape for Traditional and Non-Traditional Data and identify new data sources and opportunities Ensure existing data partnerships are delivering quality data, on time and without issuesHelp Implement Strategy & Drive Customer Satisfaction Support the Data & Analytics Product Portfolio created out of existing or purposely acquired data that can be used to improve decision making and intelligent action by consumers, the enterprise or other organizations Support ensuring the Data Acquisition Center offers a satisfying service to the business in a timely manner and proactively helps our business partners chose the most effective and valuable External Data ProductsOptimize Data Acquisition Help manage and optimize the respective relationships/contracts with our current and emerging vendors, including third party agreements, data sharing and contracts Help identify and raise redundancies in data acquisitions and redundancy in resources who are involved in this activity Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 4 years data management experience (data automation, data quality, data governance, data stewardship) Minimum 4 years experience managing data partnerships in the Ad Tech and/or Media space Minimum 3 years experience in CPG goods industry experience, or related Minimum 3 years experience of relevant business experience in meta data management/governance Bachelors Degree, Masters a plusExperience: Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools Experience in risk and legal reviews of vendor contracts and licensing agreements related to external data Experience in maintaining, managing and governing various types of external data transaction data, consumer panel, traditional consumer demographic data and moreSkills, Abilities, Knowledge Populating and driving adoption in Data Catalogs for Business-Users and Technical-Users (Scope: Acquired Data) Strategic Contract/Account/Vendor Management Metadata Management and Governance Knowledge of Consumer Privacy Laws at the Global, Regional and Local Levels Knowledge of Data Privacy Laws at the Global, Regional, and Local Levels Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
