CX Service Product Manager

Description:

 

CX Services Product Manager is part of the CX Service Provider Architecture Product Management to ensure that service provider customers achieve business outcomes by successfully adopting and realizing value from our SP Routing products, solutions and services offers. As a SP CX Services Product Manager, the key responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Collaborate with business unit product managers and cross-functional teams to drive services penetration, service attach and renewals.
  • Drive the service offer development process for new services from ideation to offer launch
  • Manage existing services portfolio
  • Perform market research, develop product pricing and positioning strategies to attach to products, develop financial models to define offers and ensure profitability
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to translate into functional requirements that will feed into solution and services definition
  • Actively drive go to market development, collateral, SKU strategy and CX process, sales training, and all activities required to generate bookings and revenue
  • Define innovation initiatives, to support overall portfolio management, including defining the minimum viable services package required for market trials
  • Collaborate with New product development leads and delivery teams to ensure service offer readiness
  • Track and monitor key business metrics and KPIs.



 


Requirements:

  • Product Management and offer creation experience
  • New product introduction experience
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate to Sr. management
  • Effective with cross-functional teams in a with outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Able to analyze markets, document offer definitions, build business cases and pricing models
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills present to internal teams, customers, partners and leaders
