What Youll Do

Our Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end customer success and technology adoption motion through the entire customer lifecycle. We're seeking a CX Success Track Analyst that will support our Practice Leads and engage with various organizations within Cisco to assist with the execution of CX Success Tracks. They will have a foundational understanding of one or more technologies within Cloud, Compute, and IoT. Along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • You will use your creativity and subject-matter expertise to simplify and improve existing processes or to develop new ones.
  • Understand the business requirements and assist in the development of user stories and technical requirements
  • Interface with internal Cisco tools and processes
  • Coordinate and lead methodology workshops

Who Youll Work With

Under the direction of the CX Practice Leader for Cloud, Compute & IoT, you will collaborate with the key stakeholders in CX Product Management, CX New Products, CX Enablement, and other business entities within CX and broader Cisco; as well as the Customer Success Executives (CSE), Success Program Managers (SPM), and Customer Support Specialist (CSS) community, to remove barriers and drive customer adoption motions. Collaborating with CX Practice Leads, Product Management, and New Product Incubation, in executing the operational requirements of the success tracks.

Who You Are

A motivated self-starter with a bias for action. You have a history of performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to lead multiple projects with tight timelines effectively. You have the ability to translate the value of complex technologies in concise business outcomes. You have strong presentation and communication skills that drive influence across a highly matrixed organization.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fundamental/technical understanding of one or more of the following, Networking, Data Center Computing, Cloud Computing and IoT technologies
  • Proven aptitude for structured problem solving and ability to learn on the job
  • 1 3 years of similar experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Questions ways of working and suggests improvements.
  • Independently coordinates and executes tasks.
  • Solid grasp of business process and requirements in a support environment
  • Certifications such as Cisco technical certifications, Product Management, Process Management, Program Management are helpful
