What You'll Do

You will join CX Finance as a Senior Finance Analyst to lead all aspects of renewal sales finance in partnership with EMEAR theater renewal Directors. You will be responsible for:

Reporting & Forecasting

• Facilitate forecast roll up with Renewal Managers and Directors, capturing performance drivers and forward-looking trends.
• Evolve the opportunities-based forecasting method. Lead improvement to the end-to-end process to enable the theater renewals teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Finance, CX FP&A and Data&Analytics to resolve data issues.
• Partner with Operations to maintain SFDC standard methodology and hygiene.

Analytics & Business Support

• Produce analytics to assess risks/opportunities and monitor trends impacting the renewal business.
• Perform renewal rate analysis for monthly business reviews.
• Provide counsel to CX Theater Directors and Managers on what the numbers mean.
• Prepare presentation-quality analyses to support various interlocks, e.g., QBR
• Coordinate and maintain relevant data proactively ready to respond to ad hoc requests.

Planning & Goaling

• Partner with CX Theater Renewal Directors and Managers to cascade annual goals.
• Work with Sales Controllers to integrate renewal goals into overall sales target.
• Communicate Plan methodologies and assumptions with partners.
• Perform analysis and data investigation to resolve goaling issues.
• Validate over-achievements, recommend necessary adjustments and drive resolution.

Process Discipline

• Build, improve and scale financial processes.
• Consistently up-level work product and share methodologies.
• Build and maintain written procedures, process flowcharts, backup documentations.
• Communicate and carry out deliverables timeline with partners to meet deadlines.

Who You'll Work With

You will partner with CX Theater Directors and CX Renewal Managers. Work closely with Theater Sales Controllers, CX FP&A, CX Operations Managers, CX S&P, Data & Analytics team.

You are a highly motivated Finance professional with a solution-mindset, who applies critical thinking to tackle problems. You are able to deliver on short term commitments while building for the long-haul and work independently, take initiative and do without being told. You can rapidly adapt to changes in a transformation environment and have superb organizational and time management skills. Your dedication to the team and willingness are able to produce high quality work products consistently.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA and/or certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, business partnership.
• Excellent command of MS Excel modeling (vlookup, lookup, sumifs, countif, if/and/or, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to transform large data sets into business insights.
• Succinct communication; ability to explain complex concepts to a wide audience.
• Confidence leading live Webex meetings.
• Familiarity with finance tools (Business Objects, MBR, SFDC, Cisco Ready)
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adopt new tools.
