What You'll Do
We're seeking a SME in Recurring Revenue who also is an excellent Project Manager to drive CX Renewals and Renewals Operations strategic initiatives. As a key contributor to the team, you will have an active role in building, defining and leading the governance and operational models for Renewals strategic initiatives. 

Provide Renewals expertise and project/program management for multiple large-scale global renewals projects. Responsibilities to include milestone tracking, measurement and reporting, and identifying cross-functional inter-dependencies across Renewals programs 
Build and execute governance of change management plans identifying impacts to Renewals Managers, Renewals Specialists, and key business partners

Engage and manage stakeholders across Cisco, managing expectations at the Executive level while driving working team progress
Drive awareness, garner support, and ensure functional alignment
Influence communication platforms to share progress of strategic initiatives

Who You Are
You are seasoned, experienced in leading program/change management in large global transformational projects for software subscription, recurring revenue based business models
5+ years of experience and certification utilizing Agile development principles and methodology

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, large projects and prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery 

Able to work effectively at all levels and functions of an organization, to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through highly ambiguous, complex cross-functional and global teams. Flexible and resilient leader with the ability to gain consensus among others and manage sensitive situations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, including strong capacity to partner, work horizontally and bring multiple resources together to accomplish shared goals
Proven program/project management skills, including excellent verbal and written communications, facilitation, problem solving, analytical, and presentation abilitiesStrong change management skills
Strong business acumen, leadership and influencing skills
Resourceful, independent thinker with a willingness to adopt creative approaches to solve business challenges while being a strong team player and collaborator
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate organizations and people through large-scale change at a rapid pace.
Ability to educate the business on the value of change management and build strategic partnerships and trusted advisor relationships at all levels of the organization
