The CX Renewals Program Manager plays a critical role supporting leaders of Customer Experience (CX) Renewals & Business Operations Team. Reporting to the Leader CX Renewals Business Operations, you will build strong relationships with key partners across all functions of the business to transform the customer, partner, and Cisco seller renewal experience. To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator who is confident interacting with senior leaders, comfortable working under pressure, within a highly dynamic organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:-  Bring together business and functional requirements from external and/or internal partners (Renewals sellers) and end-users; influence and translate requirements into specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well between a variety of complex systems.
-  Ensures successful, consistent execution of CX Renewals strategy. Maintain integrated view of the portfolio and ensure plans are achievable
-  Evaluates project results against success metrics. Recommends or implements changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve efficiency and end product.
-  Continuous Improvement- Drive Improvement: evaluate processes and results against success metrics; create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve program.
-  Build and develop relationships with our Renewals sellers and Renewals Business Operations team, and serve as the primary point of contact for our deployments.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHIn this role, you will closely partner with the Global Renewals Operations team, Geo Operations, Business Leadership, S&P, Finance teams, CX Operations, CX Renewals sellers and other cross-functional teams.

Your strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills and work well cross-functionally. You prioritize optimal, are eager to inspire change and lead key initiatives.
You have strong analytical skills to assess, frame, and drive data-informed decisions. You are able to run multiple programs in building models to analyze what-if scenarios for strategic planning purposes, and recognize underlying themes and patterns and reduce complex data to key conclusions that are easily understood by partners and senior management.

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE THE FOLLOWING:-  10+ years work experience in operations, sales, financial, data analytics or related field
-  Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills.
-  Youll be known for your keen problem solving, critical thinking, active listening and negotiating skills
