WHAT YOU'LL DO
You Will be responsible for Leading end-to-end program management of highly sophisticated and high-profile Renewals programs in a cross-functional, time-sensitive environment. This will include managing milestones, timelines, identifying dependencies, and delivering progress reports. Routinely assessing, and developing mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the programs. You will also Help to build coordinated change management plans, including stakeholder engagement plans, and tailored communications material. Additionally, a key part of the role will be Collaborating with executive leadership and key business partners serving as the core spokesperson for one or more programs up, down and across Cisco


WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The CX Renewals Operations team is responsible for business intelligence, growth identification, market and sales strategy, planning, field enablement and sales operations for Ciscos recurring revenue stream. The team drives initiatives from conception to execution, encouraging alignment across theatres, segments and functions, seeking perfection and consistency in management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's recurring revenue growth. 


WHO YOU ARE
Critical personality attributes include - a hands-on, can-do demeanor and a highly collaborative style. You need to be a calm, self-motivated individual with a strong focus on delivery under tight timelines. Ability to influence, collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams & work with resources, in a virtual style, that are not under direct control will determine success in the role. 


THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:
-  5 years+ in Program Management Role

-  Experience of driving Complex Programs

-  Self-starters, self-motivated, focused, and accountable for results

-  Attention to detail, superb communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization

-  Strong facilitation skills (Lead Sprints, operational, progress and status meetings)

-  Expertly presents own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions from others. Addresses problems or conflicts with others openly and directly. Has the conviction to take risks, make decisions and call out when needed to achieve desired business outcomes

-  Knows how to have fun.
