The Operations Communications Manager in Renewals is a crucial role in developing and managing the operational communication needs for the Renewals Community. This role is tightly integrated with the Change Management and Executive Communication functions to drive a cross-functional approach that proactively and holistically thinks about timing and impacts to the Renewals Community. The Communications Manager will  support the communications for Renewals  V2MOM methods and priorities, as well as play a crucial role in evolving  our strategic approach and communication vehicles used to evolve our tools and capabilities, infrastructure processes, and workforce strategies.


Operational Communications Responsibilities

       Work in partnership with the PMO / CM lead to develop a communications approach that involves and engages those impacted, ensuring appropriate sponsorship from management

       Leverage comms channels - Community, Teams, Console, Sharepoint to keep our teams informed and connected

       Manage operations and project communications calendar

       Manage, create and deliver bi-weekly Operations Bulletin

       Set and assess success of communications through metrics

       Work with the Change Management lead to create change communications plans to support strategic projects and run-the-business changes and challenges

       Create and/or edit training collateral, Message-In-Box, and quick reference guides as needed 

       Support the strategic direction and creation of operational systems, processes and protocols to ensure success for our team

       Conduct thorough audience assessment to develop targeted collateral

       Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans and socialization plans

       Partner with Talent Management and HR colleagues, and business leaders as needed to support communications for change

Who You Are
You are seasoned & experienced in leading communications for a large global team driving transformational projects
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage communications across multiple stakeholders and prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities. Fluent in creating creative communication vehicles and proficient with SFDC Marketing Cloud or Oracle Eloqua for distributing and tracking communications. Venggage/infographic experience preferred.
Able to work effectively at all levels and functions of an organization, to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through highly ambiguous, complex cross-functional and global teams. 
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to drive communications and develop Change Management and Socialization Plans with minimal supervision, including a strong capacity to partner, work horizontally and bring multiple resources together to accomplish shared goals

Strong change management skillsResourceful, independent thinker with a willingness to be creative and come up with new ideas on how to communicate change and drive adoption
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate organizations and people through large-scale change at a rapid pace.
