Ciscos Customer Experience (CX) organization is one of Ciscos fastest growing teams, and the CX Architecture Aligned Services product management team is transforming the support, professional services, and customer success portfolio that Cisco offers to our customers and partners. The Intent Based Network CX Product Management teams charter is to incubate and build the CX portfolio aligned with Ciscos Switching, Routing, Wireless, Data Center Networking, & IoT product portfolio with the goal of transforming Customer Experience consumption and delivery. In this time of unprecedented change, we are looking for top talent to lead critical product capabilities that will redefine success for Cisco and our customers.
This role core to driving the transformation of our Customer Experience portfolio. As the leader of the Business Product Management team for IBN, youll own the portfolios business performance and forecast to enable proper delivery readiness. You will drive the portfolio roadmap in close alignment with Cisco IBN product leaders to enable customer transitions. You will understand and easily articulate the offer proof of value and market strategy.

Reporting to the head of CX Product Management for IBN, this role will work across CXPM AAS and the broader CX group. You will partner closely and collaborate with engineering leaders such as the heads of Switching, Wireless, Routing, Data Center Networking, and IoT products and their teams to drive joint product and CX strategies.
You are a motivated self-starter with a bias for action. You have a consistent track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills to lead multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively. You have cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization.
