What You'll Do

Build a comprehensive marketing plan targeting CX partners to enable, inform, and support their go-to-market plans focusing on upcoming marketing offers, campaigns, programs and events. Establish and drive partner marketing campaigns and offer adoption to drive and support partner business growth through marketing sourced leads. - Develop Partners and drive CX portfolio awareness through regional and global events - You will use a broad mix of marketing channels including online digital / social media, live and online event, telemarketing, and email marketing to build an integrated communication marketing plan aligned with Cisco and the partner's sales goals. - - Operations excellence and planning: Measure results by tracking marketing activities and their impact on both the partner and Cisco sales including tracking full funnel metrics from reach and response through revenue

  • Communications: Share timely and relevant information between marketing and the cross-functional community.
  • You will maintain strong and relationships with marketing teams in the regions and globally to ensure sharing of best practices.

You will play a Cross-functional role providing teamwork and partnership with key business stakeholders (GPO, Product Team, Field Marketing, Global Teams, etc.)

Who You Are

A positive and collaborative individual with deep understanding of the CX and proven ability to learn partner business, product value propositions, competition, channels and products to contribute to our partners success and growth.

You are able to lead sophisticated projects with multiple deliverables, many of which come from other groups and teams. This requires the ability to develop a holistic view of deliverables, understand how these deliverables fit together and are dependent upon each other, modify the plan as schedules and deliverables change, and work with the extended team to ensure timely delivery of integrated programs to the field and customers.

Your functional discipline knowledge includes communication to partners, end users, sales and channel executives with extensive expertise in executive communications.

Required Skills

  • Marketing Excellence: experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans with focus on digital
  • Communications: Share timely and relevant information between marketing and the cross-functional community.
  • CX business & technical knowledge - understand CX marketing and help in developing strategies and joint marketing plans; including the requirements of having a deep understanding of the CX business models and the ability to develop content in working with external agencies and partner's agencies.

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing with r customer experience would be preferable.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the industry
  • Up to date knowledge of current tools and techniques for Marketing execution
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills across virtual and global teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results driven
  • Great outlook and a positive attitude
  • Strong team player with excellent collaborative skills.
