What You'll Do (Roles & responsibilities, written in an aspirational way. Not too lengthy)

As a member of the Customer Experience [CX] Financial Assurance and Strategy [FAST] Team, you will engage in large, non-standard, complex, new and renew CX opportunities partnering with multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

o Consult on the overall deal construct (Services Mix, Commercial terms, Discount balance, etc.)

o Advise on alternative deal strategies and best practices

o Provide insightful recommendations from detailed CX costs analysis, services consumption trends, etc.

o Develop pricing models

o Influence discount equity across areas, customers

o Work collaboratively with various organizations to create, price, cost, help define and document deliverables for non-standard service offerings

o Assure non-standard deals

o Serve as strategic business partner and trusted advisor

Customer Experience [CX] Financial Assurance and Strategy [FAST] Team partners closely with multiple stakeholders including CX Renewals, Sales, CX Delivery, Commercial Finance, Service Full Coverage, CX Product Management, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive profitable annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth and support business transformation.

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: (Required per OFCCP compliance)

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business

Extensive experience (10+ years) in a large multinational corporate environment with exposure to various financial and/or commercial disciplines

Excellent financial analysis skills, financial modeling skills, and problem-solving skills

Commercial deal structuring experience

Strong collaboration, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills, with strong executive presence

Ability to build strong working relationships with a team-oriented mindset

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and is action oriented
