Sodexo is seeking a Customer Support/ Operations Representative 2 to join a Corporate Services account located in King of Prussia, PA. This candidate needs to work in a dynamic environment that is fast paced and be able to be extremely organized.  Our client is a fortune five hundred company in the Pharma Business and is looking for an individual that is self motivated and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once. This individual will oversee 3 different client sites. Primarily they will switch between 2 sites throughout the week which are 12 miles apart from eachother. Shuttle services are available. The third location requires an hour and a half drive but these visits will be more seldom. This position reports directly into a General Manager and will support the GM's at each location with the below responsibilities: 



Key Responsibilities: 

 Directly supporting the. Executive Director  with on-going facility and team related responsibilities

  • Assist Team with posting open positions
  • Handle all new hire onboardings
  • Maintain employees files and minor HR needs
  • Manages posting invoices into UFS and weekly reports and close outs
  • Assist with managing site metrics
  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting
  • Act as a liaison to Sodexo finance team and other account team members
  • Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances
  • Responsible for Purchase Order management
  • Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings
  • Supports requests associated with Sodexo, Operations and Financial audits
  • Provides support for guests, visitors and employees at client locations
  • Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests (Remedy) to technical staff, vendors or other services providers
  • Resolves problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, cubes as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment
  • Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary
  • Acts as an interface with client, visitors and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Sodexo. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery
  • Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys
  • Ensures appropriate follow up with customers
  • Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
  • Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred 
  • 1 to 2 years of accounting/finance experience
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed


Position Summary

Serves as a direct point of contact for customers. Responsible for ensuring customers receive an adequate level of service with their questions, concerns and/or issues. Answers/responds to questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products. Provides problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the customer or client or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in depth effort and outside there level of authority.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
