Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success Specialists (CSS) are a team of extraordinary technical guides whose #1 focus is to deliver exclusive customer experience. As a CSS team we help customers adopt and expand Cisco solutions by showing impact on the customers business goals. Maintaining an end-to-end lens, as CSSs we partner closely with Customer Success Executives, Success Programs Managers, sales accounts teams, delivery teams, partners and others. 


What Youll Do 


As the CSS you are a guide to the client on your aligned product or architecture. Your mission is to help the customer move to the next phase of the customer lifecycle and to visualize their future in the lifecycle. You will: 


        Deliver workshops and webinars (Accelerators and ATX - Ask-the-Expert) to a diverse set of customers

        Drive engagements and events to improve Cisco DNA solution adoption in the region

        Inspire customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions and track long term business outcomes

        Drive adoption and expansion of Cisco products by highlighting feature opportunities, winning use cases, and relevant strategies to customers

        Collaborate with account teams, service delivery teams, customer support and partners to elevate customer adoption as well as address product concerns

        Contribute to asset development of Customer Success portfolio

       Contribute to product and offer improvement by providing lifecycle feedback to CX Product Management and CX Success Programs Teams



  • Hands on experience deploying and/or troubleshooting Campus Networks with the use of Cisco DNA Center
  • Deep technical knowledge in the following technology/architecture areas: Networking (Routing and Switching) especially in routing protocols: IGPs (IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP), BGP, LISP, IP Multicast, and STP, VxLAN, QoS
  • Knowledge of SD-Access and DNA Automation and Assurance
  • Understanding of security in the campus: Segmentation methods (micro and macro), Cisco TrustSec, and Identity Services Engine (ISE)
  • Knowledge of Wireless foundations and design principles (AP, WLC, RF, RRM)
  • Understanding of ISE and DNA Spaces to integrate into a WLAN network design
  • Experience in creating and delivering different presentations to variety of audience technical/non-technical, junior/senior, 5-300 participants
  • Mature and professional approach to technology and business
  • Not a requirement but bonus points for any additional cross-domain knowledge: IoT, SD-WAN, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, etc. Make sure to let us know about it during interview!
