What Youll Do 

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS)role passionate about Cisco AppDynamics Solutions is a highly visible, strategic position working with customers to accelerate deliverables and drive business outcomes. You will be delivering value by driving adoption of our App iQ platform across the clients infrastructure. 

The CSS is an expert on their aligned product or architecture. Their mission to is to help the customer move to the next phase of the customer lifecycle and to visualize their future in the lifecycle. The CSS helps customers adopt and expand Cisco solutions by showing impact on the customers business goals. Maintaining an end-to-end lens, the CSS will partner closely with others (customer success executives, sales accounts teams, delivery teams, etc.) to provide the best-possible experience for the customer via the delivery of Customer Experience Accelerators and Ask the Experts that help customers advance through critical steps in the adoption process. 

This role resides within the Cisco Customer Experience (CX) organization, one of Ciscos fastest growing teams.

  • Increase operational use of AppDynamics across customer environments
  • Mentor AppDynamics practices
  • Identify training gaps and opportunities for expansion and improvement
  • Drive a Strong Enablement Program

Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success Specialists (CSS) are a team of extraordinary technical guides whose #1 focus is to deliver exclusive customer experience. Maintaining an end-to-end lens, as CSSs we partner closely with Customer Success Executives, Success Programs Managers, sales accounts teams, delivery teams, partners and others.

Who you Are

  • 5 8 years experience deploying Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Good understanding and experience of common web application architecture frameworks, distribution mechanisms and messaging components based on Java and .NET
  • Experience and competence working with Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems including shell scripting
  • Superb communication, written and presentation skills
  • Passionate about programming
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently

Desirable Skills:

  • Customer-facing experiences such as a pre-sales or consultancy or experience in APM
  • Understanding of the application performance management space or hands-on experience on AppDynamics is a bonus
  • Knowledge of storage area networks and virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or other cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts
  • Good technical knowledge in all or one area of the Cisco Data Centre
  • Architecture portfolio Data Center, ACI, UCS, Hyperflex, AppD, and Intersight.
