This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.This role istemporarily remote.Employees are required to work an 8 hour shift between our normal business hours of 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.   • Call members to schedule in home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner

  • Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries

  • Ensure that the appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concern

This is high volume, customer service environment. Youll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 1+ years of call center and/or sales experience
  • ""
  • Experience with MicrosoftWord, Excel and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets and correspondence)
  • ""
  • Employees arerequiredto screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe.
