This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 8:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at134 Industrial Park, Greensburg, PA15601.

We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.Training will be conducted from the office.

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

  • Respond to complex customer calls

  • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:""

    • Billing and Payment issues

    • Customer material requests

    • Physician assignments

    • Authorization for treatment

    • Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • ""
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • ""
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • ""
  • Abilityto work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 8:00pm)
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group - approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
