This position is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within customer service. This position conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance by conducting audits of calls of Customer Service Representatives
  • ""
  • Provide coaching/feedback to advocate in call evaluations
  • ""
  • Analyze information and utilize to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
  • ""
  • Participate in calibration sessions ensuring calls are scored consistently throughout the teams
  • ""
  • Interact with the leadership group to aid in overall staff development
  • ""
  • Assist in queue when required
  • ""
  • Assist with Learning and Delivery with training initiatives
  • ""
  • Resolve complex escalations and complaints, by direct contact/calls to the customers
  • ""
  • May be required to work overtime based on the needs of the business

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • High school diploma or GED
  • ""
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • ""
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • ""
  • 1+ year of experience working within quality assurance
  • ""
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & MS Suite
  • ""
  • Types 40 wpm or higher
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
