Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from members inquiring to purchase travel insurance products
  • Comprehend and communicate insurance language, policy details, and exclusions
  • Convert caller inquiries into SafeTrip sales
  • Answer up to 80 incoming calls a day
  • Loading new member or group data into the enrollment database & update the database with changes
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and responding to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status
  • Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility change
  • Control inventory of member and group transactions
  • Work frequently with client management team and brokers to complete group enrollments
  • Work individually or in a team setting
