Defense

The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.

Responsibilities

The position is an IT Level III IAW AR 25-2. The CSC supervisor or a Government approved alternate will support CSC operations from on site during normal business hours. The CSC Supervisor will provide oversight and guidance of the Training, Special Cases, and Fielding operations of the CSC. At a minimum, the CSC Supervisor will have expert knowledge and experience in the following areas:

a. Basic project management concepts and practices

b. Quality control of digital products

c. Management of customer relations in a service industry.

d. Interpretation and implementation of services desired from stakeholders in a complex software application

e. Testing of content prior to fielding on a web-enabled DoD application

f. Management of content files and data information in repositories

g. Preparation and delivery of test results/reports

h. Management of hosted content over its life cycle

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

Requires Clearance: Already established Secret

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the application of DoD Policy, Regulations and Directives to implement online training.

Miniimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in support of a DoD information technology project.
