For this role, you will gather and prioritize requirements for the identity and access management solution, build/hire the CIAM team, collaborate with business owners, users, and other cross-functional and technology teams to ensure the rollout of platform solutions. You will collaborate with peers in the business and Digital Channel to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with Western Unions overall strategy and goals. The role is responsible for guiding requirements based on prioritized business needs and ensuring successful development and rollout of new features for CIAM.

For such a dynamic role, you will have 10+ years of relevant experience driving and delivering world class customer-facing IAM solutions in complex environments. You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited supervision. You will have experience leading cross functional teams and communicating across all levels of the organization.

The annual gross base salary range is $121,882.00 - $203,136.00. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and long-term incentives. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
