The Analyst will be part of Global Customer Analytics group joining a network of global Pfizer Digital Centers of Excellence (CoEs), will help develop new best practices and will benefit from functional skill building and professional development as a member of this community taking part in regional or global projects as deemed necessary.

The successful candidate will join CA colleagues worldwide that are constantly supporting business transformation through their proactive thought leadership, innovative analytical capabilities and their ability to communicate highly complex and dynamic information in new and creative ways.

This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business.

The Analyst will provide business analytics and insights on pharmaceutical market, competitors and our performance for respective Business Units. On regular basis as well as ad hoc they will provide integrated Pfizer performance analysis and reports as well as integrated competitor benchmark reporting using available sources of data. The Analyst will be responsible for providing Market Research and managing MR CEP/LOS.


+ **Business intelligence consulting**

Business Development involvement - product/market situation analyses and input to new projects.

+ **Market performance summaries and reports**

Preparation of performance analyses and reports indicating company's market position and monitoring competitive environment at different organizational levels for respective BUs.

Support to business stakeholders by providing necessary information and filling requested templates.

+ **Strategic and operating planning**

Support to business stakeholders in their planning process by providing necessary information.

+ **Preparing and presenting market reviews**

Support to business stakeholders in market reviews presentations by providing necessary information.

+ **Domestic and international Pfizer strategic projects**

Support for both national and international strategic projects by providing necessary information and analyses.

+ **Cross-functional and interdepartmental teamwork**

As defined by the needs of a particular product/team, effectively participate in cross-functional teams to achieve team goals and deliver required team output. To effectively participate in CA team projects.

+ **Market Information data management**

Supervision of data quality and timely completion of selected contracts by third party suppliers. Issuing complaints when necessary.

+ **Forecasting models and tools**

+ **Primary Market Research**

Managing and conducting primary market research projects with third party providers.



+ higher education degree (preferred degree in Economics, Financial or Computer science)

+ advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Access etc.)

+ analytical skills, analytical thinking

+ well-developed communication skills

+ high integration and problem solving skills

+ ability to work effectively in a team

+ good command of English (written/spoken)

+ ability to manage stakeholders across organization


+ experience in conducting sales & marketing analyses

+ Tableau and dataiku software experience

+ Customer Analytics experience

+ IQVIA applications & pharmacy market applications knowledge of tools and methodologies
