What Youll Do

This role is critical to connecting Cisco vision, strategy to operations for Customer & Partner Experience (CPXE) organization. You will provide dedicated program management support and leadership for key cross functional initiativesacross CX Cloud Platforms. You will be an integral part of the team providing leadership to cross functional programs.

Who Youll Work With

You will operate effectively across a matrix organization that spans CX, operations, IT, with a focus heavily on CPXE various teams within Strategy, Planning, & Operations, Cisco Engineering, and Finance

Specifically, we are looking for a hard-driving Operations professional with a mix of business acumen, cross-functional execution, data visualization/communication who work across a dynamic team and learn about many facets of Ciscos CPXE organization.

  • Partner with the engineering leadership team to define programs, to ensure action items are aligned, milestone reporting is clear, under defined processes
  • Collaborate with Program management, Engineering leadership, Product Management, User Experience, and partner organizations to make sure they are presenting the appropriate content at the appropriate level with data, insights, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Build upon existing communication platforms and drive the leadership team to improve and expand on the content provided through our executive communications platform.
  • Influence cross functional leadership in managing complex based programs deploying cutting edge technologies across CX Cloud platforms.
  • Drive the leadership to complete defined action items and document next steps.
  • Interact regularly with Senior Directors, Vice Presidents & Senior Vice Presidents in critical decision making on programs, provide updates, design, and present higher-level presentations as a delegate to team leads.
  • Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to take on complex new processes and effectively manage and streamline them to create innovative workflows. Solve complex problems with a structured, tops down approach.
  • Past experience building scalable processes with cross functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Youve achieved a Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in driving operations, planning, and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience driving engineering planning and interlock for a large organization.
  • Experience working multiple stakeholders at all levels of the company from Individual Contributors to SVPs
  • Ability to quickly and independently translate high-level requirements into rigorous action
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
  • Understanding of engineering lifecycles and methodology
  • Strong operations and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Leadership in complex, cross-functional execution
  • Work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Previous Cisco experience a plus
