Position: Oncology Country Brand Manager

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Design and Lead Execution of Brand Plans

2) Work with relevant Sales Organization to Deliver Brand Sales Results

3) Manage and Develop Brand-relevant Opinion Leaders and Stakeholders

4) Represent and Promote Good Pfizer Image



Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Design and Lead Execution of Brand Plans

- Comprehensively understand and champion the product profile of Brands under remit

- Thoroughly understand the situation and key effectors of the market relevant to the therapeutic area and indications

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the key players in the relevant business landscape i.e. prescribers, customers, opinion leaders, regulators, payers and competitors.

- Synthesize market intelligence and analyses, design, develop and Lead the Execution of Brand Plans

- Develop and prepare Long Range Revenue Forecasts and Investment Budgets for Business Case proposal and approval

- Work in alliance with Regional Therapeutic Area Leads for directional guidance and support

2) Work with relevant Sales Organization to Deliver Brand Sales Results

- Identify key enablers for prescriber engagement and/or patient enrollment by account

- Lead the Execution of Brand Plans with the relevant Sales Organization to Deliver Brand Sales Results



3) Manage and Develop Brand-relevant Opinion Leaders and Stakeholders

- Identify and Categorize Opinion Leaders relevant to Brand and Therapeutic Area

- Design specific plans to Engage, Develop and Cooperate with Opinion Leaders to deliver expected objectives

- Work cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of Opinion Leader plans and strategies



5) Represent and Promote Good Pfizer Image

- Represent and promote good Pfizer Image and Practices to all stakeholders including the competition

- Act conforming to Pfizer values

- Ensure complete adherence to compliance and regulations

- Brand Medical Advisors

- Regional Therapeutic Area Leads (RTALs)
