**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy and tactical execution to put patients first**



+ Drive development of innovative regional strategies through understanding of revenue drivers for the brand across IDM and in-country

+ Development and implementation of (non) promotional campaigns / programs to deliver brand targets

+ Support acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel marketing

+ Good business acumen & understanding of key marketing principles



**Leadership without authority**



+ Lead and inspire regional Alliance cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of specific plans

+ Facilitate open discussion and debate amongst key stakeholders and build internal and external relationships through partnering, anticipating needs and fulfilling expectations

+ Develop productive and collaborative relationships with Alliance partners in the development and delivery of agreed strategies and tactics

+ Work effectively in a matrix multi-cultural organization, demonstrating a track record of ability to influence others without authority

+ Strong communication and influencing skills

+ Role modelling, visibility, upholding values, adhering to standards



**Financial planning and management**



+ Accountable for project management and delivering on budget and time, awareness of country implementation costs

+ Ability to manage agency partners to maximise the efficient use of budgetary and people resources

+ Ability to manage/prioritize resources in line with IDM strategy

+ Experience applying IDM financial systems/processes and compliance

+ Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations



**Customer engagement & insight generation**



+ Awareness of market variations in dynamics across IDM markets, customer insights and market landscape to develop solutions to address patient, customer and business needs

+ Translate broader global customer & patient issues into specific actions to develop & support the creation of regional activities

+ Experience in managing external healthcare professionals

+ Ability to synthesize country customer insights for IDM planning

+ Change leadership: ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to new modes of operating

+ Dare to Try attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo

+ Unrelenting focus on compliance and adherence to corporate policies and regulations



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Fluency in Estonian and English languages (written and spoken)

+ Experience of brand marketing (preferably regional) e.g.: development and implementation of promotional and non-promotional initiatives including medical education

+ Understanding of in-country marketing planning and delivery

+ Well organized with ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands and effectively perform under tight timelines

+ Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Demonstrated strong cross-functional working skills and able to deliver stretching results through others in matrix complex working situations

+ Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and evolving IDM healthcare environment

+ Willingness to travel as required
