**TITLE :** **CBM Xeljanz**


**REPORTS TO :** **Country Brand Lead, I&I Taiwan**

+ Own and drive brand strategy implementation and ensure the realization of revenue and profitability targets in Taiwan.

+ Own implementation of key marketing programs for Xeljanz in Taiwan.

+ Work together with I&I CBL in assigned commercial and business activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Marketing Brand Plan Planning

+ Provide inputs in the strategic planning process for Xeljanz based on customer insights to enhance current portfolio

+ Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for Xeljanz

+ Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget

+ Monitor and analyze business performance vis--vis business goals (awareness, share and etc.) and the competition

+ Support category leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation

+ Promotional Initiatives Management

+ Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed

+ Work with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for brand plan and materials

+ Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes

+ Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines

+ Key Projects initiation

+ Carry out inflammation team patient group events and key global initiative projects and take on assigned tasks independently

+ Collaborate with sales team to ensure brand execution compliance and aligning market feedback

+ Prepare monthly tracking reports for each program progress by brand

+ Manage the program operating budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expenses **ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/STRUCTURE** Reporting to the Country Brand Lead, I&I ,PBG, Taiwan


+ 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or other directly relevant experience

+ Able to communicate very well in spoken and written English.

+ Bachelor's Degree, major in business or medical related, master degree or MBA desired


+ Well-built skills in communication, organization, prioritization and time management.

+ Marketing, Customer and Competitor Insight

+ Marketing Execution

+ Sound level of analytical skills - able to perform simple to moderate data correlation cross and triangulate data from various sources

+ Good interpersonal skills, collaboration/negotiation (w/Marketing roles in country, FF, RTALs, Category lead)

+ Vendor management

+ Proficiency in English and advanced skills on excel, PowerPoint and some knowledge on animated software

+ Resourceful and has sound problem solving abilities

+ Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail.

+ Highly self-motivated.
