Reporting to the Vaccines and Onco Category Lead, the CBM is accountable for the new product launches planning and developing brand and portfolio strategies for lung and RCC; including the end to end process of implementation of brand tactical plan (programs and supporting materials). The CBM owns the budget and execution of programs in accordance with strategic direction of the lung and RCC portfolio. Part of the responsibilities, the CBM gathers and articulates HCPs and patient insights collaborating effectively with cross functional team members t o accelerate launch success and inform portfolio and brand strategies in line with Pfizer's purpose to drive patient access to oncology treatment.

+ Provide insights to Category Lead to influence the new product launches readiness plan and lung and RCC portfolio strategies.

+ Develop SPICE Essence (brand plan) with Category Lead and execute with full accountability for excellence in execution and implementation.

+ Execute targeted brand and portfolio strategies in line with local medical unmet needs, and define clear strategic priorities for lung and RCC portfolio

+ Collaborate with global and region for the best-fitting modules for localization of brand materials.

+ Forecast brand and portfolio performance and track progress towards target.

+ Develop and execute new product launch plans and country brand programs within allocated budget by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for launch excellence.

+ Operate independently within defined guidelines.

+ Cross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.

+ Partner with medical to train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization and educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes

+ Ensure successful launches of new products through timely market research, market development and pre-launch activities e.g. Lorviqua, Vizimpro in line with launch timeline.


Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.

+ At least 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience

+ Bachelor's Degree; Master degree or MBA desired

+ Expect candidates to demonstrate these commercial /management competencies in strategic and operational business planning

+ Excellent stakeholder management skills internally and externally

+ Able to work in a cross-functional environment as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills

+ Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others

+ A self-motivated, highly enthusiastic and industrious individual. Strategic and innovative thinker with growth mindset and able to anticipate future needs.
