Responsibilities include brand management for anti-microbial portfolio.

Tailor strategies and tactics of each market segment to drive product growth,

Forecast revenues & operating expenses, achieve revenue and profitability target.


Own brand strategy for anti-microbial portfolio in Singapore. Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and delivers against financial objectives for anti-microbial portfolio end-to-end.

Accountable for tailoring (glocalizing) global brand strategies, including tactical programs & sales materials, and TA-specific customer experiences to meet local market needs.

Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet objectives.

Influence development of in-country sales targets and operating plan forecasts

Collaborate with key external stakeholders, including medical associations & key opinion leaders to gain insights and improve patient access & outcomes

Forecast portfolio performance and track progress towards target

Assess revenue potential for product portfolio, including new product launches

Drives innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market by challenging the status quo Identify synergies across the business to maximize resources and efficiencies

Leads field force training on product positioning and strategies

Provides cross-functional brand leadership - across field force, account management finance, medical, legal, regulatory, etc


Ensures all company policies and procedures are adhered to and all ethical standards and business code of conduct are in compliance with local laws and internal SOPs

Provides local insights and portfolio related feedback to local and global teams where relevant

Develop Key Account Plans with internal/external stakeholders to drive top-line growth expectations.


Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Business Management, Master`s Degree preferred


2-5 years relavant TA marketing experience

Results oriented with high commitment to quality, performance and ability to translate a given strategy into detailed implementation

Financial and commercial background

Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills

Able to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communication and develop storylines for presentations

Well verse in Microsoft applications (Microsoft excel, word & PowerPoint)

Fluent in written and spoken English


Knowledge and exposure on Anti- Infectives portfolio

Open for candidates in Singapore and Asia Pacific Region
