Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for key Pfizer **Dermatology field Portfolio** **, including** **Abrocitinib and future pipeline etc.** in Taiwan. Define and drive country primary therapeutic area (TA) and brand strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.


+ Provide insights and brand feedback to Country Portfolio Lead (CPL)

+ Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for key **Dermatology field Portfolio**

+ Work closely with other marketer to generate both cost and revenue synergy between Pfizer specialty care portfolio

+ Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed

+ Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)

+ Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target

+ Allocate and execute in country brand budget

+ Cross-functional brand leadership - across field force, account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.

+ Train field force on product positioning and prioritization

+ Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emerging medical research and differentiated product attributes



+ Brand Plan: Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholders

+ Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs

+ Promotion Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

+ **New brand Launch: ensure the brand launch on time and penetrate into self-pay market**

**Shared** **Accountability**

+ Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CM/Marketing Director/CPL)

+ Long-range forecasting (with CM/Marketing Director/CPL)

+ Revenue adjustments, as needed (with CM/Marketing Director/CPL)

+ Develop promotional meetings strategy (with CPL)

+ Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory and training team)

+ Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with medical



+ 5 -10 years of pharmaceutical experience includes sales and marketing, and preferred marketing experience **(3yrs above)**

+ Bachelor's Degree; master degree or MBA desired

+ **Fluent English in speaking and writing**

+ **(Preferred) In-line marketer responsible in dermatology filed**

+ **(Preferred) new brand or indication launch experience** **Preferred Patient Affordability Project (PAP) experience in Self-pay model**
