**Position name:** **Country Brand Lead for Vaccine Category Dpt.**

**Territory CauCAR:** Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan

**Role purpose:** Reporting to CauCAR Vaccine Category lead (VCL), the Country Brand Lead for Vaccine Category Dpt. (CBL) will be responsible for marketing strategy and tactics creation and implementation for Vaccine Category Department that align to brand/above brand strategies and goals.

**CBL responsibilities include:**

+ Owns, defines and drives brand strategy , developsand controls tactical plans for the Vaccine products to ensure access and access growth to Vaccine products within the defined Territory;

+ Monitors markets environment and captures markets opportunities for the product access growth;

+ Products lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX for the informational promotion of the assigned brands,

+ In charge of OPEX for Vaccine Brands in the frame of the KPI's set force;

+ Ensures optimal decision making (effective and efficient decisions) based on effective collaboration with local and regional cross functional teams, in line with the existing corporate requirements for the effective support of the brands;

+ Proactively searches and drives the development of brand strategies to maximize the brand potential and growth,

+ Have deep pharmaceutical access & promotion legislation knowledge, market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight, ideally within the CV space and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategy,

+ Acts as the single-point 'go-to person' on all brand related matters, forms, represents the brand on all territory markets matters

+ Leads the brand cross-functional team in the country/cluster of responsibility

+ Effectively collaborates with the global brand team in the development and delivery of global and regional initiatives and programs

+ In charge of adopting , modeling and implementation of the new digital promotion channels, to further digitize and accelerate brand and product promotion among medical society of the territories and its population.

**Reports** : On time reporting in line with the established schedule (monthly work plan, activities plan, monthly report, etc.).

**Compliance:** Ensure activities and communications align with Pfizer's standards and respective regulation of the territories.

**Requirements and qualifications:**

+ Bachelor degree is a must, medical background is preferable,

+ Proven expertise in Marketing in Pharma and/or Consumer fields, experience in Digital marketing is preferable;

+ Commercial experience in marketing, sales and/or commercial operations roles

+ Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills

+ bility to work in x-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and manage internal clients expectation

+ "Can do" attitude and resilience to find ways of doing instead of reasons to abandoning initiatives and projects

+ Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility

+ Experience in working with agencies/vendors

+ A working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings

+ Experience of work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the performance of campaigns

+ Skills in conveying learning and best practice / facilitation skills

+ Language : Advanced level of Russian and English languages. Kazakh language knowledge is preferable

**Work authorization/immigration requirements: Permission to work in Kazakhstan**
