Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Analyzes significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and department procedures
  • ""
  • Provide contract review and explanation of requirements to Program Management Office and Business Operations to ensure contract compliance and help minimize risk and liability exposure to the company
  • ""
  • Coordinate contractual issues with legal, as necessary, to ensure review of contractual issues
  • ""
  • Ensure that proper review of contracts, contract modifications and amendments, and proposals is attained in accordance with applicable delegations of authority
  • ""
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all contracting issues, agreement creation and negotiations, contract disputes, FOIA requests, NDA, government contracts, contract management policy and procedure development and implementation
  • ""
  • Maintain master filing system of company contracts
  • ""
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports by contract and/or government requirement
  • ""
  • Support procurement of services and subcontracting efforts necessary to fulfill contract requirements
  • ""
  • Manage, develop and execute small business subcontracting plans for existing contracts and new business opportunities
  • ""
  • Ensure subcontractor performance risks are mitigated and requirements are clearly articulated
  • ""
  • Draft and negotiate subcontracts and coordinate issues with legal counsel as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or other related field
  • ""
  • 5+ years experience with federal government and commercial contracts management or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
  • ""
  • Extensive experience relating to RFP analysis, proposal submission and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, task orders and modifications, requests for equitable adjustment (city, county, state and federal)
  • ""
  • Solid understanding of FAR and DFAR requirements, other agency supplemental procurement regulations
  • ""
  • Experience with best practices in contracts management practices and procedures
  • ""
