Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision

The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Qualifications

- Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD. However all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Prefer prior support of contracts within the intelligence community, but not required

- Requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance. TS/SCI with Polygraph desired.

Responsibilities

Seeking a skilled Contracts Negotiator with the desire to grow to provide support within the Ingelligence Group. General responsibilities include:
  • Manages the cradle-to-grave contracts negotiation function and performs contract negotiation, analysis, and administration; proposal preparation; and customer contact related to contract acquisition and fulfillment.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the customer for contractual matters
  • Provide contractual advice support and counsel to management and business operations personnel for all matters related to contracts under the assigned divisions.
  • The individual is expected to form relationships with customers (internal and external)to ensure continued and positive customer intimacy.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and continually review contracts for risk or opportunity.
  • Support proposals as a contracts management point of contact. In this role the individual will serve as a primary point of contact for proposalsubmittal, serve as the primary interface with the customer, complete risk reviews, ensure terms and condition compliance, complete proposal compliance checks (color team participation), responsible for completion of any representations and certifications, assist with proposal and pricing strategy, responsible for the contracts volume (to include any OCI Mitigation Plans), and serve as the negotiator for any resultant contract negotiations.
  • Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Responsible for the negotiation of favorable prices, terms and conditions of major contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
  • Review contracts for Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCI), develop OCI Mitigation Plans as appropriate, and participate in the Corporate OCI Screening process. Responsible for providing advice, counsel, and mitigation regarding any OCI matters to the contracts team and to program personnel and fordispositioningpotential OCI's with the customer.
