The newly formed PepsiCo Data + Analytics Team is creating data platforms and products to serve various business needs across the global PepsiCo organization. These products will change the way the business interacts with data, enabling associates and executives to easily shop & select for the reliable, certified, trusted products they need to drive improved decisions and business outcomes. In order to ensure enterprise awareness and adoption of our data products, we anticipate the need to market them across the company. The Content Marketing Senior Associate is a critical role working alongside senior Data & Analytics leadership and reporting to the Sr. Platform Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with the Product, Engineering & UX teams, as well as other internal Business functions, to socialize current and new data partnerships that exist in the business and feed them into our data products and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for branding, messaging, content, and enablement for current and future data acquisitions and partnerships. This role is a hybrid of branding & communications, content, and technology. It requires a mix of brand building, storytelling, content development, internal communications, and technical understanding. The role also requires extensive collaboration across multiple functions, regions, and agency partners. This role will work closely with our technology teams and partners and requires an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, this will involve significant exposure to senior stakeholders across PepsiCo. Accountabilities: Create a strong brand perception of data acquisition and partnerships initiatives via consistent messaging, design, branding, and collaterals Own content strategy for internal and external comms through innovative storytelling about current and future data initiatives Continuously build selling stories for new data releases, how they feed into different products and platforms, training, education, and accomplishments Drive data partnerships and acquisition awareness and adoption across the enterprise through content Develop and own metrics for measuring progress and assessing the impact of your content efforts, working closely with the Data Acquisition team to measure and act against insights generated by user feedback/data Partner with Data Acquisition, Solution Consulting, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand current user needs, customer experiences, and identify areas of opportunity to build support for the product vision Understanding other related business data initiatives/tools not currently owned by us and how we position these as one complete story for the business and the teams leading those initiatives Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in a strategic B2B marketing role including Brand Marketing or Content Marketing for B2B, tech, or data-related companies Extensive experience developing strategies and content to drive new data awareness and adoption Extensive experience shaping messaging and positioning and translating them into communications strategies Extensive experience building awareness and adoption strategies including defining a target audience, content strategy, delivery channels, KPIs, and others Familiar with current best practices in digital and data platforms and products Track record of building processes to develop and socialize content to end-users Experience marketing digital tools, SaaS, and other tech product management preferredSkills, Abilities, Knowledge: Strategic thinker Global citizen able to adapt messaging to various audiences (seniority, cultures, technical expertise, functional alignment, etc.) Creative and artistic content virtuoso World-class relationship building based on collaboration, entrepreneurial problem solving, challenging status quo and limitations Gifted storyteller being able to develop and articulate vision, mission, value prop and benefits of any data product Able to work across functions and disciplines to inspire grassroots support for enterprise capability transformation Demonstrates creativity, inspiration, resilience, curiosity, trustworthiness, and confidence Exceptional organizational savvy in a global context; ability to navigate a complex and highly ambiguous and completely new to PepsiCo organization and set of internal and external stakeholders Influential & Diplomatic ability to influence vastly different cultures at PEP and the tech partner, leveraging high diplomacy skills to bring different people/ perspectives to a commonplace Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Able to receive requirements/feedback, process information, and translate it into potential solutions and strategies on the fly An expert communicator who can lead and manage relationships across organizational boundaries and vendor relationships Able to seamlessly transition between visionary/strategic focus and hands-on getting things done Experience with executive-level communications, tracking project interdependencies, communicating issues & risk, and managing relationships with business team executives at Director and VP level Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
