The Cisco Contact Center Product Sales Specialist plays the essential role of setting Ciscos Contact Center sales strategy and driving deals to closure. This role requires a diverse background in selling SaaS and enterprise software to Line of Business and IT buyers.    Experience selling CX technologies such as Analytics, AI/ML, Bots, Workforce Optimization, CRM and Contact Center is essential.  

This is a drivers seat, quota-carrying, individual contributor role on a team of accomplished professionals.  The culture of collaboration and ingenuity is alive and well on this team its our greatest collective asset. While this is a direct customer-facing role, experience working with Partners to deliver a total solution is a plus.

Who You'll Work With

One Winning Team Engagement - Effectively facilitating joint initiatives with cross-functional teams (Services, Customer Value Acceleration team, Capital, Partners, etc.) and strategically engaging cross functional resources to achieve their goals and hit their numbers.

Who You Are

You have a consultative solutions/business-value problem solving approach to engagements with C-Level and senior executive leaders. The financial acumen necessary to develop and present a comprehensive business case. Strong leadership skills, diverse backgrounds within Cisco and its Partners and deliver results.

  • You have the ability to work across multiple dimensions of building a Team, Business, Practice.
  • You have sales and/or sales management experience for a technology provider, integrator or enterprise IT delivery organization.
  • You have strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, managing to metrics.
  • You have positive relationship management skills with a genuine understanding of how to identify build and lead confirmed relationships with multiple key decisions makers within large accounts
  • You are a subject matter expertise on how our Collaboration platform can assist our customers in transforming the way they drive productivity across their business processes.

Our minimum requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years SaaS CX / Contact Center software sales experience
  • Excellent executive presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • ROI and Outcome-based sales experience
  • Familiarity with key competitors such as Genesys, 8x8, Amazon, Five 9, InContact, Avaya
