Job Description

Primary location is Purchase, NY. However, open to considering candidates in Plano, Chicago, NYC, Green Park, Barcelona and Mexico City.

This is a strategic and dynamic role that is positioned to drive effectiveness - creating value through the identification of valuable data assets and viable data partners. It will work in collaboration with Data Acquisition, Governance and across Commercial, Procurement, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Vendors and more (navigating account team through to contract negotiation). This position is focused on identifying and securing data partnerships that enable consumer-centricity throughout the commercial organization.

The Senior Analyst of Consumer-Centric Data Partnerships will be a key player on the emerging Global Data Partnerships Center. The Data Partnership Center will initiate and develop strategic data partnerships and innovative solutions to drive business value, speed, and business impact. It will leverage a deep understanding of social science methods and best practices to ensure the right selection of data and correct application through intake and adoption by the organization.

Moreover, this person will support building capabilities and best practices in data acquisition and data partner management and will support best practices across the enterprise. Especially in the alignment of the data partner to intended analytic use.

This role will be the lead research analyst for consumer-centric data partnerships that fuel the commercial organization, responsible for identifying viable data partners and determining analytics enabled.

Key Accountabilities

Help support building a Global Data Partnership Center

  • The first line of identification and evaluation of a consumer-focused data partner
  • Assist with the onboarding of new data partnerships
Support building the Global Data Partnerships Strategy
  • Determine if existing data partnerships meet the needs of the Commercial organization
  • Proactively research and understand the global landscape for Traditional and Non-Traditional Data and identify new data sources and opportunities.
Help Implement Strategy & Drive Customer Satisfaction
  • Support the Data & Analytics Product Portfolio by identifying partners that can be used to improve decision making and intelligent action by consumers, the enterprise or other organizations
  • Support ensuring the Global Data Partnership Center offers a satisfying service to the business in a timely manner and proactively helps our business partners identify the most effective and valuable External Data Products
Optimize Data Partnerships
  • Help manage and optimize the partnership structures by identifying valuable partnerships that have a long-term sustainability trajectory and partnerships with the ability to expand in scale
  • Help identify and raise redundancies in data partnerships and redundancy in resources who are involved in this activity


  • Minimum 3 years in a social science analytics position
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing digital data partnerships
  • Minimum 3 years experience with consumer science, ideally in a commercial organization
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Anthropology or related field, Masters a plus

  • Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools
  • Experience in assessment and analysis of data sources/partnerships for scientific validity
  • Experience in analytics for scientific and repeatability validity
  • Experience in evaluating the viability/sustainability of a data type

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
  • Strategic Contract/Account/Vendor Management
  • Knowledge of digital data asset trajectories
  • Oral and written presentation skills
  • Methodological expertise in social sciences
  • Robust data knowledge in consumer analytics
  • Willingness to learn
  • Can operate in a fast - moving, changing environment
