!*!The Inclusion & Diversity team is seeking someone who will execute an integral piece of the firms inclusion and diversity strategy. This role will work closely with Human Resource Leaders, Talent Centers of Expertise, Corporate Social Responsibility members and business leaders to help build and manage I&D programs, processes and policies through unique and innovative approaches that impact the diverse workforce.    
  • Provide support for various I&D programs and processes including but not limited to creating dashboards, tracking metrics, managing external surveys, coordinating affirmative action planning process, writing talking points, implementing training programs etc. 

  • Assess external vendors to learn about new products and propose possible solutions to drive I&D goals

  • Collaborate with our external partners to learn about trends, best practices and provide implementation proposal and support

  • Support C&E team in Business resource group responsibilities

  • Build relationships across the enterprise to successfully support execution of the programs

  • Manage programs end to end and optimize resources to successfully operationalize the program within various business groups.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to help build and manage inclusion and diversity programs across the enterprise



  • Proven success in Diversity & Inclusion, delivering diversity and inclusion projects

  • Experience in leading and managing projects resulting in impactful outcomes; demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, juggle and direct multiple projects and activities with varied deadlines and strategic agendas

  • Strong relationship management skills, including ability to drive healthy discussions around complex issues, persuade others to move in a desired direction and strong active listening skills

  • Strong partnership skills including demonstrated experience liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, including the ability to synthesize information, make data-based decisions and implement effectiveness measures

  • Strong team orientation and a desire to work with others in an inclusive manner serving as a positive and motivating force to teammates and stakeholders

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Some travel required
